I had a decent stay at this hotel! It's super close to the train station, which made getting around a breeze. The rooms were clean and included some nice amenities. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready with local tips!

But man, the coffee and tea only being available after 11am was a bit of a bummer, especially for early risers. I also missed having a room with a view, and breakfast could've used a bit more variety. it was okay but could improve!

We recommend it as we had an excellent experience here. Satisfied with the hotel, it's an excellent base for staying in Okazaki. 5 minutes walk to a bus stop.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had an amazing experience. the hotel had a beautiful lobby decorated with a stunning Christmas tree, and the staff was extra friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect, as it was situated near major shopping centers and had easy access to transportation. the room was lovely and had a phenomenal view of the city.

I did experience some inconvenience with room service taking longer than expected and the bathroom being a bit outdated.
